Price: 10.83/month (30-day free trial for new users) Qobuz is one of the best lossless streaming services because of its intuitive app and large catalog of lossless and ultra-high-resolution tracks. The quality setting for the Desktop should remain. Supported formats: AIFF, ALAC, FLAC, WAV, WMA Lossless. I selected settings and the music continued without interruption at cd quality but the screen indicates standard quality. I selected another screen and the music continued without interruption at cd quality. The music started from the beginning and playbar showed CD. The music started from the beginning and the play bar showed standard. I then selected standard from the settings menu. The music jumped back to the beginning of the track and started playing. With the music still streaming I selected CD from the settings menu. The setting shows Standard Quality although the play bar continues to show CD quality. I opened the settings screen with the music still streaming. If I end my session before closing, then log in again, the last album played does not appear. This has always happened even though the “Resume Playback on Restart” box has never been checked. I also am logged in automatically after doing these things. Note that the last album played (in this case “Real Blues”) appears in the play bar whenever I open Q Desktop even though have emptied the cache and deleted cookies. The problem is the same on both.Īs you requested I set CD quality. I have Desktop on two machines, both running Windows 8. I have cleared the Qobuz Desktop Cache and deleted cookies from Explorer. Subject: Re: Customer request #72357īut in fact you have CD quality at the end. This, and the fact that HansS, with a similar set-up experienced the same problem at the same time make me believe that the problem does not lie with the streaming quality.įrom: Service Clients 15 October 2015 15:38 All this time the setting screen problem existed and yet I was able to use JPLAY streamer/Bubble DS. Since November 2015 I have been running in dual mode with Bubble DS. Qobuz never resolved the problem (see email exchange below) and this is still the still the case today. ![]() In October 2015, when I was using a single PC and Qobus Desktop I had a problem in that the settings always reverted to “standard quality” even though the play bar showed CD quality (and my ears told me it is cd quality). I have checked I have a “Hi-Fi” subscription. I can play the same track on Qobus Desktop with audio out JPLAY. Track info on BubbleDS shows 44.1kHZ|16 bits although track will not play. ![]()
